Did you order a ring that is not the right size or does not meet your expectations?
No problem because on Whakapaïpaï any item purchased can be returned within 14 days upon receipt if the following conditions are met:

• The item has not been damaged.
• The article has no trace of use.
• You have a proof of purchase (invoice).
• The item is not adjustable/resizable.

Refund / exchange

To the extent that the item can be returned (see above), we will exchange or fully refund the purchase
price upon receipt of the item. For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the
same card that was used to make the purchase, otherwise as per your instructions, the refund may be
credited to a bank, postal account or as a credit in your customer account.
In the case of an exchange, you will be able to choose an equivalent item (same purchase price).
