All items in the online shop whakapaipai.ch have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty only
covers the absence of defects. Whakapaïpaï will apply the warranty services as follows:
Up to 1 year from the delivery date of the article, Whakapaïpaï reserves the right to choose on a case-by-case
basis between a full refund of the article or a credit note at the purchase price.
After 1 year from the delivery date of the article, the warranty will be provided in the form of a voucher
at the purchase price.

Warranty disclaimer
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by normal wear and tear (tarnish, scratches, etc.), as well
as damages due to improper use, lack of precaution, accident (loose stones due to impact, deformation,
etc.).
